What is the Pak Soorty Dates refund process?

1) I received a poor quality or damaged item, can I get a refund?
If the product delivered by us is of poor quality or damaged, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund.
Note: Any damages/wrong product received need to be informed within 24 hours.ย
2) What If I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In a rare circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the original item, incase original item is not available, we will process refund.
3) I made a transaction via bank Tranfer. How can I receive a refund?
In case if you cancel the order or if itโs cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded back to bank account automatically which will reflect in your bank within 15-30 business days. if you cancel the order, products which are shipped but not delivered, you will receive a full refund. Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your bank account. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your bank statement, depending upon the issuing bank. For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per Pak Soorty Dates return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees). Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your bank account. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your bank or card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
4) I made a transaction via cash on delivery. How can I receive a refund?
If you paid by cash or online on delivery, we will issue a refund to your Pak Soorty Dates online credits. From the Pak Soorty Dates online credits, you can place new order.
5) What if I did not received the complete ordered product?
In very rare circumstances where you order more than one product and you found one of the products you ordered is missing. Kindly take the photo and Video on same day of delivery and share it with us so that we can crosscheck and send it you the missing item which you ordered.
