It is obtained by the cold pressing method from carefully collected olives. After going through centrifugation, resting, and filtering processes, it is made ready for consumption in its natural state. These oils, which are described as “perfect”, contain the taste, smell, and vitamins of the olive fruit without being lost.

The free acidity value in terms of oleic acid is at most 0.5%. Olives, which are carefully collected in November and December, are brought to our factory without wasting time. In the Continuous System, which is the most modern olive squeezing technology of today, it is pressed by cold pressing method without exceeding 26 °C temperature.
Bypassing through a paper filter and filtering, the small olive particles, sediment, and turbidity remaining in the pressed olive oil are removed and clear olive oil is obtained.
These oils, which are described as “perfect”, contain the taste, smell, and vitamins of the olive fruit without being lost.
You can use it for breakfast, salads, cold/hot meals with peace of mind. Putting very little olive oil in the first stage of cooking in hot dishes, and adding the desired amount to the food after the cooking is finished, allows you to benefit much more from the vitamins and antioxidants in the content of olive oil.

TERMS OF USE
Store in a cool and out of direct sunlight place.
Avoid prolonged contact with air. Do not pierce the tin.
It can be frozen in the cold, its thawing does not affect its quality.
The consumption period is 24 months from the expiry date.
